Nutrition doesn’t have to be about ‘health’ foods or a whole bunch of things you ‘shouldn’t’ eat.

Instead, be empowered and confident around food choices that are right for you in your body, your shoes, your lifestyle …and enjoy!

How? Easy as pie …book your spot on a class, workshop or tele seminar…their informal, interactive and you’ll always find yourself around a bunch of friendly, like-minded people.

What’s on:

Organic Vegetarian/Vegan and Raw Food Classes:

:: Raw Food Class: 7 July at 1.30pm-3pm
Are you interested in eating more raw food but are currently limited to carrot sticks and lettuce leaves? Are you wondering what and how to create tasty dishes that’ll have your mouth watering, and your energy levels sky rocketing? Do you find the idea of preparing raw food too complicated? I felt that too a few years back, but it doesn’t have to be that way!

:: Vegetarian Cookery Class: 14 July at 1.30pm – 3pm
Whether you want to move to a more plant based diet for health reasons or you need some dinner party ideas for your veggie or vegan friends, come to a class!

…and eat all that we make!

In these classes we’ll make starters, main courses, desserts and juices that are simple and quick to make (c10-20 minutes each) …all without the need for specialist equipment.

All recipes are sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Fee: £75 pp. Early bird savings: Book by 31 May and save 10%.

Location: The Upper Hall, St Philip’s Church, Earls Court Road W8 …the prettiest venue in London! Wooden floor and stain glass windows. Closest tubes: Earls Court and High St Kensington, so good for Piccadilly and Circle/District lines (and two ticks from Central line)

One of the best food prep workshops I’ve been to. I think it has a lot to do with the host. Also like that it has been almost two hours. Most workshops are one hour and tend to feel rushed.‘ Shelley, London
