I’m making raw chocolate w/ salted caramel this week …and I have some rather special cherries that have been soaked in alcohol for 12 whole months!!

I’ve eaten cocoa nibs and really like them. In fact, some of the best chocolate I’ve ever eaten has been organic chocolate made with cocoa nibs. Wish I lived in the UK! I’d sign up for your class for sure.
